Description des services:	Provides support and services to assist individuals who are struggling with mental health issues and/or problematic alcohol, substance use and gambling issues Offers the following services to clients: Mobile crisis services Mental health assessments Individual counselling including grief counselling Psycho-educational group sessions Coordinated psychiatric consultations Community education and awareness External agency referrals On-going support and/or assistance Case Management Services Provides support and assistance to individuals who are living with a mental illness Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) Provides access to specialized medical care using videoconferencing and other tele-diagnostic equipment Allows specialists to remotely examine and prescribe treatments to patients in their home communities Reduces the need to travel to receive care
