Description of Services: Offers a grant that is a contribution towards the cost of incontinence supplies for children and youth with irreversible incontinence or retention problems
Note: May not cover all costs
Requirements
Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
  • Children and youth between 3-18 years of age

  • Children with a chronic disability resulting in irreversible incontinence or retention problems lasting longer than 6 months and requiring the use of incontinence supplies

  • Must have valid Ontario Health Insurance (OHIP) Card
