Description of Services: As part of the Rheumatic Diseases Program, offers a 6 week education and exercise program for people with knee and hip osteoarthritis (OA) delivered by a certified therapist
  • Teaches participants the right way to move to reduce OA symptoms, reduce pain, take fewer amounts of pain medication and allow for increased physical activity and quality of life

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis symptoms
Application: Referral from local physician to Rapid Access Clinic
