Description of Services:
  • Provides provisional housing to individuals who have faced prolonged homelessness and chronic alcohol addiction
  • Works through the provision of moderate amounts of physician prescribed alcohol to participants in residence as a way to address their addiction while helping them to relearn basic skills to reconnect with the community
  • Strives to improve participants quality of life and overall health
    • Services offered include:
    • Assistance with health cards and obtaining social services benefits
    • Mental health and addictions counselling
    • Nutritional support from a dietitian
    • Participation in community activities and opportunities
    • Physician care, on-site
    • Skills training

    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals 16 years of age and older with severe and chronic problematic alcohol issues
