  • Focuses on ensuring heart function during incidents
  • Educates and assists individuals to manage and gain control of heart disease and illness

  • Resuscitation
  • Transfer of critical, unstable patients by land or air
  • Monitoring the progress of illness
  • Pre-operative assessments

  • Cardiac stress tests
  • Electrocardiography
  • Holter monitoring (extended ECG)
  • Pacemaker checking
