Description of Services: Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people living with a chronic or disability in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day car

Additional services include:
  • hot meals and snacks
  • medication reminders/assistance
  • assists with activities of daily living

Overnight Respite Program - Relief to caregivers and family members caring for people who cannot be left alone safely in the home on an ongoing basis * services include:
  • social and recreational activities
  • nutritious hot meals and snacks
  • assist with activities of daily living
Requirements
Fees: $15 full day with meal and snacks
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adult Day Program - Must be 18 years of age living at home, is able to perform activities of daily living (ADL) independently or with minimal assistance, is able to function within a group setting, can be frail, physically or cognitively impaired * must be assessed prior to attendance
Overnight Respite Program: Must be a client in the adult day program
