Requirements
Fees: Service - for individuals ineligible for approved OHIP coverage
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: To qualify for the the Community Physiotherapy Clinics (CPC) Program, individuals:

  • Must have a musculoskeletal condition affecting muscles, bones, or joints

  • Must be insured under the Health Insurance Act and have a valid Ontario Health Card

  • Must be within one of the following categories:

    • Aged 65 or older

    • Aged 19 or younger

    • Recently discharged as in inpatient of a hospital for conditions directly connected to the condition, illness or injury for which they were admitted

    • Eligible for Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or the Ontario Works (OW) program
