Description of Services:
  • Offers an intervention program for children struggling with behaviour issues to stop and think before they act, and keep them in school and out of trouble
  • Teaches impulse control, emotion regulation and problem-solving skills for children with a focus on how to enhance their relationships, deal with difficult situations and keep their problems small
  • Offers groups sessions at convenient locations and convenient times for a duration of 13 weeks
  • Provides assistance with transportation and child care if needed
  • Partners with the Kenora Catholic District School Board, the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board, and the local OPP detachment to offer the program
