  • Promotes the health and well-being of pregnant women, new mothers, and their babies
    • Provides a range of services including:
    • Breastfeeding education and support
    • Dietary assessments
    • Food preparation training
    • Food vouchers and vitamin supplements to participants
    • Nutrition counselling
    • Prenatal courses
    • Referrals to other service providers
    Requirements
    Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
    • Pregnant women, new mothers and their infants up to 6 months of age

    • Focus is on high-risk mothers such as teens but open to everyone
