Description of Services: Supports for youth with mental health issues who are involved in the criminal justice system * acts as a resource to the courts and helps client and/or their families navigate the court process * services includes:
  • assessment and service (diversion) planning
  • short-term case management
  • referrals to community-based health services
  • referrals to psychiatric services
  • support for family members and/or significant others
