Community-Based Exercise Programs Partnering with the Canada Games Complex, supports 3 community-based exercise programs, including Keep Moving with Mixed Neurology, Keep Moving with Parkinson's and Keep Moving with Stroke Keep Moving with Stroke Provides a one-hour class for individuals who have had a stroke Reviewed by a Physiotherapist, a trained exercise instructor is provided to deliver the class and focuses on the following:
