Description of Services:	Offers a program for youth to promote positive behaviour and encourage good choices Provides the program through a weekly group session for ten weeks Strives to instill the following in participants: More positive ideas, attitudes and goals Improved decision making skills Increased self esteem Enhanced self-understanding Less stress and anxiety Better communication skills Enhanced interpersonal skills Effects of problematic substance use including alcohol and marijuana
