Description of Services:	Offers prenatal and post natal care to women from a nurse practitioner, midwife, family physician and/or obstetrician Offers free appointments with support staff including social work, prenatal education, breast feeding support, dietitian, smoking cessation coach and pre and post natal fitness Runs a weekly prenatal walk-in clinic Provides prenatal education and fitness classes Provides breastfeeding support programs including: Maternity Centre lactation consultant Prenatal Breastfeeding Education Classes Bosom Buddies breastfeeding support group

Requirements
Fees:	None - with a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Pregnant women regardless of where their obstetrical care provider works

Application:	Patients can self-refer; call the office for information Regional Patients: Appointments can be arranged through the use of telemedicine equipment Bosom Buddies: no application process
