  • Offers a client-based program for individuals living with arthritis
  • Assesses and provides a variety of services and ideas to assist people of all ages living with arthritis
  • Teaches individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of arthritis how to adapt in the following areas:
    • Pain management
    • Medication updates
    • Exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness
    • Feeling less tired
    • Protecting joints and the use of helpful devices
    • Coping with the emotional impact of arthritis
    • How family can help
    • Adapting to their home or workplace
    • Referrals to other services in the community
