Description of Services: Community-based diabetes education centre offering supports for people living with pre-diabetes or diabetes
  • Offers public presentations regarding type 2 diabetes prevention
  • Offers outreach clinics located in Emo and Rainy River
  • Provides services through individual education sessions and health promotion activities
  • Partners with other organizations to provide the Healthy Food Box program
