Description of Services:	Operates a 157-bed long term care facility offering a variety of programs, services and amenities Includes dementia and psychogeriatric units Coordinates and delivers the following programs to residents: Community Special Events Facility Tours Guest Speakers Intergenerational Programs Memorial Services Pet Visitation/Therapy Volunteer Appreciation Events Voting Day Polling Station Provides residents with the following services: 24-hour Nursing Care and Supervision 24-hour On Call Physician & attending Nurse Practitioner Care Conferences Foot Care Hairdressing/Barber Services Laundry Services Meals Medication administration Palliative care (end-of-life care) Physician Visits Social Work Services/Family Services Coordinator Spiritual Programs and Pastoral Care Various recreational programs and social events Offers the following amenities: Air Conditioning Alarms on Exit Doors Common television room Private and semi-private rooms with 2-piece washroom (toilet & sink) Shared shower/bathing rooms Secure Building Exits

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Must have a valid Ontario Health Card Must be 18 years of age and older Must have health care needs that cannot be met with any combination of caregiving, care in your home, or care in your community Must have health care needs that can be met in a long term care home
