Description of Services: Hot meals delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and a security check to eligible people * one hot meal daily which consists of milk, soup, salad, main plate and dessert

Home Meal Replacement Program - Frozen meals delivered once a month, no limits on amounts of meals * prepares meals according to persons' diet-requirements such as diabetic, renal, puree, low sodium, low fat, lactose free, gluten free and vegetarian diets
Requirements
Fees: Hot meal: $10 each
Frozen meals: $13.50 each
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People unable to prepare adequate and nourishing meals on a day-to-day basis, such as people that are convalescing, older adults, terminally ill, mentally and physically challenged, chronically ill, new mothers and caregivers
Application: Call * pre-registration required * complete the online referral form
